Darn Goods

   Heat fat or oil (1 1/2 inches) to 375u00b0 in electric skillet. Mix sugar and cinnamon in paper or plastic bag; set aside.

   Stir baking mix and water to a soft dough.

   Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into hot fat.

   Fry about 1/2 minute on each side or until golden brown and puffy.

   Drain.

   While warm, shake puffs in sugar mixture in bag.
