Dark Night

   Preparation of fill - 3 months in advance

   Over an open pan saute cashew - till they are slightly burnt.

   You can use microwave as well.

   Wait till they are at room temperature.

   Fill 1/3 of an airtight container with cashew (above prepared).

   Pour in honey and close the container.

   Refrigerate if need be

   Keep it safe for 3 months or more.

   Now you are ready to with the flavored cashew.

    In a wide mouth glass, take 1/4 of the mix.

    Use little of carbonated water to untangle the mix.

    Add your poison (Scotch Whiskey) 60 ml.

    Stir a little.

    Fill your glass with carbonated water
