dark chocolate and walnut brownies

   preheat oven to 180

   melt butter and chocolate in heavy base saucepan

   line two tins (approx 19cm x 25cm) with baking paper

   chop walnuts

   beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in bowl

   when chocolate and butter are melted, let it cool a bit then add to sugar and eggs

   beat to combine smoothly, gradually adding the floor, walnuts and salt

   scrape out of bowl into both tins

   place in oven for 25mins

    let cool then chop in 3 lengthwise and 5 across
