Danish Buttermilk Yogurt Soup With Strawberries And Speculoos

   In a bowl beat the eggs, egg yolk, sugar and, vanilla seeds (cut the vanilla beans in half, and scrape the inside with the tip of a knife) until the mixture whitens.

   Grate the zest of one lemon, and then press the 2 lemons.

   Add zest and juice to the mixture. Gradually add the milk and yogurt, while stirring.

   Cut the strawberries into 4 pieces, and crack the Speculoos biscuits into pieces.
