Daniel'S Oven Roasted Potatoes

   1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees

   2. Cut Potatoes into cubes

   3. Toss cubes in Olive Oil to coat

   4. Spread on cookie sheet and place in oven

   5. Cook at 400 degrees for about 1/2 hour

   6. Check to see if done by poking with fork you want it to be firm but cooked 9not mushey)
