Dandelion Coffee

   Wash and peel roots.

   Roast in a low temperature oven for 4 hours or until roots are brittle.

   Grind like coffee beans.

   Use as ground coffee, except a slightly smaller amount of ground dandelion roots is required to equal the strength of coffee.
