6 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon paprika
3 ½ cups whole milk
8 ounces whole milk mozzarella, grated
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
8 ounces monterey jack cheese, grated
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

Bake in the bottom third of the oven for approximately 1 hour, or until the casserole is nice and bubbly with browning around the edges.
