1 lb ground round or 1 lb ground sirloin
olive oil
3 cups water
instant minced onion

Pickapeppa Sauce
2 -3 large potatoes
cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of celery soup
3 teaspoons curry powder (or more. I like Madras style.)
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch celery seed
