Dad'S Famous Fried Egg Sandwiches

   Preheat small saucepan on 2nd highest setting.

   Melt small amount of butter or margarine in pan.

   Crack eggs into pan and break yolks, stirring slightly.

   Cover pan with loose-fitting lid. Toast bread while eggs cook.

   After 1 to 2 minutes, check egg to see if it is more than half cooked.

   With a spatula, flip egg in pan and cook until done (approximately 1 to 2 more minutes). Place cooked egg on toast; add cheese and ketchup and/or mayonnaise as desired.
