Dad'S Famous Fried Chicken

   Mix flour, crumbs, pepper and seasoning in Ziploc bag and shake to mix.

   Mix eggs and milk in large bowl.

   Wash chicken and towel dry.

   Place in Ziploc with flour mixture; shake.

   Take out of Ziploc and place chicken in milk/egg mixture, shake and then replace in flour mixture and shake again.

   Heat shortening in large skillet, high heat until melted, then place chicken in shortening.

   Lower heat to approximately 350u00b0 and cook approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown.
