Dad's chili

   Saute the celery in butter for about 5 min.

   Then add peppers and onions.

   Saute until tender.

   Brown the ground beef

   While beef is browning put the beans, tomatoes, celery, onions & peppers in a large stock pot.

   Add the beef to the bean mixture.

   Add your salt and pepper.

   And simmer for about an hour.
