   Brown hamburger meat and season with chili powder, salt, pepper and chopped onion.

   Then layer ingredients in this way: tortillas, 1/2 meat mixture, 6 slices cheese, all the beans, tortillas, 1/2 meat mixture and 6 slices of cheese.

   Mix chicken soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes; then pour on top.
