Add in yeast to 1/8 c. hot water and 2 tsp.

Fold in additional flour with wooden spoon till dough leaves the side of the bowl.

Place in greased bowl and let rise 3 times; the last rising should be on a floured cutting board for only 15-20 min.

Cut into pcs and shape into ball the size of walnut.

Flatten and add in filling of choice.

Bake for 7-10 min.
