Cute Madeleine

   Sieve the flour and baking powder together.

   Bring the eggs to room temperature.

   Put the eggs and sugar into a bowl to mix in with a whisk.

   Then add the sieved flours to stir lightly.

   Cut the butter into suitable sizes and put into a heatproof tray.

   Microwave for a minute to dissolve the butter.

   Add the dissolved butter into the bowl that is still floury.

   Mix well with a whisk until it's no longer floury.

   Pour in the batter into the cups.

    Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 180C oven.

    I used 30 ml of cups in 100 yen shop.

    It's done.

    Bake until it becomes your favorite color.

    It's rather white in the photo.

    Check with a skewer if it comes out clean, it's done.

    After cooling, put the madeleine into cellophane for a small gift.

    I baked the madeline with animal shaped silicon cups.
