Custard Cream in the Microwave

   Put the sifted flour, sugar, and a bit of milk in a heat-resistant dish, and whisk well.

   Add the egg yolks and the rest of the milk, and mix well.

   Without covering, microwave at 600 W for 2 minutes, then mix.

   Microwave again for another 2 minutes, then mix.

   Microwave for 2 and 1/2 minutes, making a total of 6 minutes and 30 seconds.

   Add the butter, mix well, and, if available, add a few drops of vanilla essence and mix.

   While hot, wrap the surface in plastic, then chill.
