Dust lamb with flour making sure that you coat all sides.

In a large pot over medium heat, heat oil.

When oil is hot add the lamb into the pot and saute it for 2 minutes or until seared all over.

Remove lamb from pot and set aside on a plate.

Add garlic and onion into the pot and saute for 5 minutes until soft.

Add carrots, sweet pepper, mushrooms and garlic powder, saute for another 5 minutes.
