Cucumber Mold

   Mix cottage cheese, grated cucumbers, onion, salad dressing, season to taste, salt and red pepper.

   Dissolve jello in hot water; cool.

   Add to cottage cheese mixture.

   This amount fills small mold.

   Put layer of jello in cold; let thicken slightly, then lay slices of cucumber overlapping in jello mixture.

   Put back in refrigerator until firm.

   Pour cottage cheese mixture over cucumber slices; return to refrigerator until firm.
