Crystalized Orange Pecans(Great For Holidays)

   In a 2 Quart microwave safe bowl.

   Put sugar, cinnamon, orange juice in bowl and mix together.

   Then add pecans, and stir a little more.

   Cover bowl with plastic wrap and cook for 6 minutes on 70% power.

   Take our of microwave, be careful bowl will be hot.

   Stir and place new plastic wrap over bowl and microwave 8-10 more minutes.

   Stirring often in these 8-10 minutes.

   When done pour onto cookie sheet lined with waxed paper.

   Let cool and dry for a few hours.

    If they stick together break apart.

    Store in air tight container or plastic bags.
