1/4 cup flour

425g can tunain brine, drained
250g penne pasta, cooked and drained
100g baby spinach leaves
1 cup grated KRAFT Light Cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
2 1/2 - 3 cups crusty bread, torn into 2cm pieces
1 cup grated KRAFT Light Cheese, extra
steamed vegetables, to serve

MELT butter and oil in a large saucepan and saute the onion and celery for 2-3 minutes.

Add the flour and cook, stirring for 1 minute.

Stir in milk and bring to the boil, stirring until thickened.

Add the tuna, pasta, spinach and cheese.

Season with salt and pepper.

POUR the mixture into a greased 26cm x 20cm casserole dish.

Top with bread and scatter over extra cheese.

BAKE in a moderately hot 190 degrees C oven for 20-25 minutes or until topping is golden and crunchy.
