Crunchy Coleslaw With Creamy Peanut Dressing

   In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, and cilantro and set aside.

   In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper and stir until well blended.
