   Preheat oven to 300

   Cut the bread into small bite size cubes

   In a bowl mix all the ingredients then add the bread.

   Make sure it is all well covered

   Spread bread on a baking sheet in a single layer

   Place in oven for about 5-10mins or until dry and crispy

   Let stand until cold and store in a Ziploc bag
