Crockpot Bacon Cheeseburger and Potato Soup #SP5

   Chop the bacon into small pieces.

   Cook the ground beef and bacon together in a pan.

   Drain excess fat.

   Place the ground beef into the bottom of a slow cooker.

   Cover with the bags of Simply Potatoes.

   Slice the Velveeta into 1/2 in slices and completely cover the potatoes.

   Pour the chicken broth or chicken stock over the entire dish.

   Cook on high for about 4 1/2 hours.

   Stir and let cook for about 1/2 and hour to 1 hour more.
