Crock Pot Pork Chops, Sweet Potatoes, Apples

   Stir the soup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire and basil together.

   Sprinkle pork chops with a little garlic powder & basil. If need to stack chops place some onion between them, then on top of chops.

   Next layer potatoes then apples. Pour soup mixture over all then sprinkle apples with cinnamon & a little brown sugar

   Cover and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours or on high 4-5 hours or until the pork is cooked through.

   Oven method: Preheat to 400 degrees F. In large dutch oven or deep 9x9 covered dish. Layer potatoes on bottom then 1/2 the onion. Cover with 1/2 soup mix. Layer chops sprinkled top with a little garlic powder & basil, rest of onion & soup mix. Layer apples & sprinkle with cinnamon & brown sugar. Bake 1-1 1/2 hours or until pork is done.
