Ingredients: 2 lb Oxtail; 4 tbsp Itilian seasoning; 2 clove garlic cloves; 4 medium potatoes quarted; 1 large onion quarted; 1 quart tomatoes; 2 bay leaf; 1 cup flour; 3 tbsp vegetable oil; 2 tbsp celery salt; 2 cup water; 1/2 packages of baby carrot

Servings: persons

2 lb Oxtail
4 tbsp Itilian seasoning
2 clove garlic cloves
4 medium potatoes quarted
1 large onion quarted
1 quart tomatoes
2 bay leaf
1 cup flour
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp celery salt
2 cup water
1/2 packages of baby carrot

Score Oxtail all around and rub 2 Tablespoons of Italian season all over and into Oxtail coat in flour and place in a pan with heated oil add 2 cloves of crushed garlic and braze Oxtail on all sides

Place brazed Oxtail into crockpot with tomatoes , onion , potatoes, carrots and the garlic used to braze the Oxtail

Add remainder of Italian seasoning bay leaves , and water to crock pot

Set crockpot on low for 8 hours

About half way through make a rue with the oil from brazing and a Quarter cup of flour.

Should be a thick paste if to wet ad more flour if dry add more oil.

Add rue to the stew and continue to cook
