1 cup Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
2 Tablespoons Margarine
4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Pieces
1 container (8 Oz. Container) Sour Cream
1 can (10.5 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
1/2 cups Milk
1 package (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheese, Cubed
Salt And Pepper, to taste
4 cups Cooked Rice, To Serve
