Preheat your oven to 200c with the tray ur planning to cook your fries in, in the oven.

Slice ur washed potatoes and let them soak in water for 30min

Remove them from water and dry with a clean kitchen towel thoroughly

Arrange on a plate so that they are not on top of each other and microwave for 6 to 4 mins until semi done mine were too chubby so they took 6 min

Remove and dry them again toss with just enough oil and spread onto your hot tray...u should hear a sizzle.

Do not salt the fries they wont be crispy if you do.

Cook them for 20 min or until crispy and golden salt when hot.

You can go crazy with the seasonings my fave is chopped parsley with a TOUCH!

of ground garlic fried up with a small knob of butter salt and pepper then pour over the fries toss....delicious
