Crispy Fried Avocado Wedges

   1. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cornstarch , cumin powder and paprika ( don't add water ) . Mix well .

   2. In a separate bowl, keep milk .

   3. In a plate , measure out breadcrumbs and salt.

   4. Halve avocados, remove pits, and cut each half into 6 wedges. Pull off peels. it's okay if they vary in size.

   5. Gently dip the avocado slices lightly in the flour mixture, then in milk , and finally press into bread crumbs.

   6. Heat oil in a pan in medium heat. When the oil is hot , Working in batches fry avocado slices until deep golden and crisp-looking , 30 to 60 seconds. Transfer slices to a plate lined with paper towels. Keep warm in oven while cooking remaining avocados.

   7. Serve with Chipotle Dipping sauce or your favorite dip .
