¼ cup plain yogurt

1 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper
1 large avocado
1 cod fish fillet, de-boned
½ cup plain breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 lime
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon oil (or cooking spray)
