1 Egg
1/3 cup Yellow Cornmeal
1/4 cup Wondra, or Regular Flour
2 tsp Cornstarch

1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Creole seasoning (if desired)
1 Black Pepper and Salt, To Taste
1 Enough Oil To Halfway Cover Catfish In Large Pan
