Crispy Bread Flour Cookies

   Put the chocolate into a heatproof bowl and melt in the microwave at 500 W for 1 minute and 30 seconds!

   It's okay if some of the chocolate doesn't melt.

   Mix well with a rubber spatula.

   The residual heat will melt the rest of the chocolate.

   If it doesn't melt, microwave at 10 second intervals until it has completely melted.

   Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, add the bread flour, and mix together.

   You do not have to sift the flour.

   Add the chocolate chips and mix.

   Bring the dough together.

    If it's still powdery and you can't bring it all together, add a little vegetable oil at a time.
