GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard; 1 Tbsp. honey

1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
dash black pepper
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
30 round buttery crackers, finely crushed
1/2 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
4 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. honey

Heat oven to 425F.

Combine first 4 ingredients in large resealable plastic bag.

Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, to flour mixture.

Close bag; shake to evenly coat chicken pieces with flour mixture.

Spray rimmed baking sheet until blended.

Whisk egg and milk in shallow dish until blended.

Place cracker crumbs in separate shallow dish.

Dip chicken, 1 piece at a time, in egg mixture, then in cracker crumbs, turning to evenly coat each piece with each ingredient.
