Stir the milk and water together. Set aside. Put the flour and salt in a bowl. Add the eggs and some of the milk and water mixture and whisk in the flour. Gradually pour the remaining milk and water into the mixture. Add half of the melted butter and whisk until smooth and creamy. Brush a skillet with butter and heat until it sizzles. Pour in 2 tablespoons of batter. Quickly tilt the pan from side to side until a thin layer of batter spreads across the bottom of the skillet. Cook the crepe for about a minute, then flip it over. Cook it for 10 seconds and slide it onto a warm plate. Spread with jam or honey; roll the crepes or fold into triangles.
