1 3/4 c. sugar
3 c. sifted flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 c. white wine
2 c. candied fruits
1/2 c. minced almonds
1/3 c. shortening
6 egg whites
4 teaspoon baking pwdr
3/4 c. lowfat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 c. candied cherries
1/2 c. flour

Add in sugar and cream till light and fluffy.

Add in egg whites one at a time, beating well after each.
