Creamy Tomato Soup

   Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat.

   Add onions and carrots; cook 5 min.

   or until carrots are tender, stirring frequently.

   Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min.

   Stir in water, tomato sauce and tomato paste; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min.

   or until slightly thickened.

   Blend soup in small batches in blender until smooth.

   Return to saucepan.

   Stir in milk; cook until heated through.

    Serve topped with cheese.
