Creamy Smoked Salmon Pasta

   If the pasta is dry, start to cook it before you styart sauce as this salmon suace takes literally minutes to make!

   Rip up the salmon(or snip with scissors) into little bits. NOT too small though as it will fall apart in the frying pan if too tiny.

   Heat small amount of oil or butter in large frying pan, add salmon. Add fish to pan and flash fry for a couple of minutes until it is pale pink in colour.

   Now add cream and the juice of the lemon. Stir and cook for a minute then add the cup of frozen peas, you want to simply warm these through so that they stay nice and bright green. This takes another minute or two.

   Drain pasta.

   Stir pasta into the sauce.

   Serve.
