Heat together in top of double boiler: Velveeta cheese, butter.

Stir frequently as it melts.

Sift together in regular flour sifter, confectioners' sugar, cocoa, salt.

Add in dry ingredients to melted cheese and butter.

Add in 2 teaspoon vanilla, nutmeats (I don't put nutmeats in fudge, but put pecan halves on top of mix as it cuts easier this way.)

Blend together--will make a big ball.

Grease 8x8 inch pan.

Add in fudge and level off before laying on nutmeats.

Or possibly using waxed paper, roll into a log, seal with foil and freeze.

8x8 inch pan can be refrigerated for a month if kept sealed with lid or possibly foil.
