Creamy Pesto Chicken

   Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium heat.

   Add the chicken and cook 68 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked through.

   Remove to a plate and keep warm.

   Add the broth to the skillet and cook until warmed, 35 minutes.

   Add the cream cheese spread and the pesto.

   Cook and stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.

   It will thicken a bit.

   Add the chicken back to the pan to coat.

   Yep, it is just that easy!

    This sauce would be awesome on some gnocchi!

    You could make your own pesto if you wanted but I used Classico jarred stuff it was awesome!

    Serve with roasted potatoes and a veggie or salad for a complete meal.
