2 clove Fresh Garlic
1 cup Cooked Onion
1/2 cup Cooked Bacon (chewy not crispy)
1/2 packages Softened Cream Cheese
1 stick Butter
4 large Potatoes
1 tsp Pepper or Lemon Pepper
2 tsp Seasalt or Season-salt
1/3 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Milk or Cream
1 cup Sour Cream
