3 onions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
3 beef bouillon cubes
3 cups boiling water
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1 potato, cup up
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1/2 cup light cream
cubed cheese (your choice)
chopped peanuts
