Creamy Mushroom Chicken

   In a skillet over medium low heat, add the olive oil, chopped onion and garlic, cook for about 5 minutes.

   Add the chicken, basil, paprika and black pepper.

   Cook chicken until browned, add the cream of mushroom soup.

   Cook for about 10 - 15 minutes, add broccoli, then let simmer for about 5 minutes.

   Serve on rice or vermicelli noodles and enjoy :-)
