Creamy Molten Chocolate Cake

   Mince the chocolate and combine with the butter in a heat-resistant bowl and microwave for 1 minute.

   Mix well and set aside.

   Preheat your oven to 180C for 8 minutes.

   Coat the heat-resistant ramekins evenly with butter (not listed) and then sift in flour (not listed).

   If you hold the dishes sideways, it's easier to sift the flour in.

   Put the eggs in a large bowl and use a hand mixer to mix.

   Add sugar in two batches and mix until it becomes heavy.

   Add the chocolate prepared in Step 1 to the bowl from Step 3 and mix.

   Sift in the flour and mix until the flour lumps are gone.

    Put the mixture into the ramekins to 8% full.

    Tap the bottom to release air and flatten the surface.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.

    Once finished, enjoy.

    If you let them cool, it's easy to remove from the ramekins.
