1 pound cabbage finely shredded
1 each carrots grated
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoon mayonnaise olive oil mayo
2 tablespoons red onion minced
1 teaspoon thyme fresh minced, or 1/2 tsp dried
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
⅛ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
