   Mix the sour cream and Italian dressing together and set aside.

   Pound your chicken breast to a more uniform size.

   This helps the chicken cook more evenly and stay moist.

   Shortcut recipe: put chicken in the casserole dish, top with sauce and bake at 350 degrees F until the chicken is done, about 20 minutes.
