1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. basil leaves

1 medium tomato
1 c. (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 c. uncooked noodles
1/2 c. cottage cheese

Soften cream cheese; set aside. Combine meat, onion, celery and green pepper. Microwave on High for 4 to 6 minutes until meat is done. Prepare noodles. Prepare vegetables. Mix vegetables and meat together; set aside.

Stir together tomato sauce, noodles, meat and vegetables.
