Salt some water, bring it to a boil, and cook the pasta until its a little under al dente use the package instructions for al dente (it will finish cooking in the sauce).

Reserve some pasta water before draining the pasta, and set the cooked pasta aside.

Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.

Add the pasta to the sauce, along with 3 more Tablespoons of Parmesan, and the frozen peas and any other cooked ingredients you feel like tossing in (cooked shredded chicken breast, bacon, etc.).

If the sauce seems a little thick, add some of the reserved pasta water to taste, until it loosens up to your liking.
