On medium heat, melt butter and add flour.

Whisk until incorporated and cook until light golden color.

Slowly add chicken stock and whisk to insure no lumps.

Add in gnoochi and cook for10 minutes.

Bring to boil then remove from heat.

Add in 1cup of mozzarella and 1 cup asiago cheeses.

Add in lemon juice.

Place in baking dish, add last amount of cheese on top and cook for 25 minutes in a preheated 350F oven.

Place under broiler for just a minute or two the brown top.
