4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 cups Chopped Onion

3/4 cups Chicken Stock
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard

1/2 cups Half-and-half
