1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 large mushrooms (optional)
½ cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 onion

1 cup heavy cream
salt

Brown chicken on all sides (around 5 minutes) in a large skillet with the olive oil and butter.
