Creamy Cucumber Dip

   Let cream cheese sit out to room temp.

   If in a hurry you can microwave it a bit but the dip will take longer to set up.

   Peel your onion.

   Grate both the onion and the cucumber with the small side of your cheese grater.

   In a large bowl add tbe grated onion and cucumber with ALL of the juices to the softened cream cheese and mix.

   Cover and refridgerate until set.

   Serve with chips or pita or veggies!
