Creamy Chicken Taco Skillet

   Sprinkle chicken with 1 tsp.

   Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

   Add chicken; cook 5 min.

   Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

   Add remaining seasoning mix and water to skillet; stir until well blended.

   Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.

   Stir in rice; cover.

    Reduce heat to low; cook 5 min.

    Add sour cream; mix well.
